Goshti session was held on December 20, 2025 in the College Hall Lafani. Ms Shagun, Assistant Professor in Computer Sciences, reviewed and talked about the book ‘Ikigai-The Japanese Secret to A Long and Happy Life’. The book focuses on the fact that everyone has a reason for living. The author suggests to stay active, not be in a hurry, not fill the stomach, surround yourself with good friends, plan for the next birthday, keep smiling, connect with nature, be thankful, live in the present and not worry about the future. It conveys the message to have a strong sense of Ikigai and follow it in life.

Mrs Maninder Kaur, Assistant Professor in Punjabi, reviewed the book ‘Don’t believe everything you think’. The writer conveys that the sorrows of life are because of inner ideas rather than the outer happenings. Ideas and thoughts are different. Every thought is not true. Feel the emotions, as no emotion is good or bad. We feel peace when we do not make judgments.

Ms. Deepika Khanna and Ms. Kanwaljit Kaur coordinated the session successfully.
